2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Ans: A) I had served in EMS in many old terms by which i had gained alot of experience and i am also having leader experience as i had stayed leader in EN3 ( General and Sheriff) and i had made alot of connections all around the city with the Good people who had served EMS and with their Help i can make my term the Best term of the Server. i am Available all the Day so i can Help the people who want my Help inside the org and outside the org anytime. I am having some new ideas which i want to Implement in EMS so EMS will become more Fun and Professional Org.
B) I want to Run the term which is just not a term in my term i will make sure that everyone is satisfied and getting Reward for their Hard work they did for the EMS. i will bring back the Old Good Weekly Bounous system which will motivate the people to work more hard. i am willing to bring the Friendly Enviromint in the org so Every person who join EMS Feel Free to Discuss every Problem with us so i can solve the Issues Going on with them and many people come to the EMS having a Hope i will try my best to Give them what they are Hoping from Me and the Org.
C) At last i would like to share about my Departments. HOT is the Main Department of the EMS as it controls all the Basic things of the EMS. So if it will be the Perfect having Well experienced Persons in it so all the New persons who will join EMS will be Trained so well so they can Help the org aswell they will make Less mistakes. ARD is also another Important department through this Department EMS can Provide their Services very Quick around all the City so they must be more professional and i will work on it very carefully.
3) Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organisation.
1. I Will make sure that All orgs are always full with the Medicines so for this i will give some extra Bounous to the Leb tech Department so they will get motivate and work more hard and it will Always keep the Other orgs have what they need from the EMS.
2. I will Improve the the System of Weekly Employment i will give 1m or a car under 1m to the Employee of the week.
3. I will Divide the Promotion system in 3 Categorizes the people so are working really hard and doing their best for the org will get Triple Promotion and the People who are Working Hard they will get Double Promotion and active Members will get single Promotions.
4. While Spending my Time in the EMS i had noticed that their is lack of people who can work at Night shift so i will make Open recruitments at different Time zones so i can get the Best Working people. I will give some Extra Bounous for Night shifts so people will work more sincerely and do Hardwork
5. I Will Ask the FIB/LSPD/SAHP to Send their 2 units at the Hospitals so if anyone try to Disturb my Employees are working they can arrest him and by this it will provide a Good working environment for my employees and also it will give Improve the Relationships among the Orgs aswell.
6. I will restructure the Training system so it will stay Up to date and all the Changes make till now will be involved in it and it will bring more professionalism aswell it will not let the New Employees of EMS to make mistakes.
7. Sometime people try to make the Favoritism to stop this i will make sure everything is being Controlled by me so their will be no chance left for Favoritism and Internal affairs will also be Monitored by me so they also not do anything wrong so it will completely Remove the Favoritism
