so i was just looking around beach market and the suspected player is driving a rental and comes around VDMing and running everyone over and happens to kill ID 23903. I then try to use a med kit on this individual and the suspect returned and ran me over and sent me flying down the road.

• ID 65888 will receive a punishment for VDM
