2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
ANS - ( 1 ) I have alot of experience in the Leo organisation and i am sheriff in the other rp. and i know how the organisation works and i will make this ( ems term great )
2 - i want to make this term best as i can give my and make this department great and i will give chance to new citizen to be (role as doctor/labtech) and i will make sure that people should not be cold and posining and i will make this city medical services quickly.
3 - I have love with this department called ems it have alot of fun to make people cure and i will deliver medicines to other organisations and i will make this term happy and great. And i will give their bonuses on the time.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1 : i will make sure that our employees are happy and if they are not i will try to understand.
2 : I will check all organisations that they haved medicines if they do not have i will make sure that i will give them fast/quickly delivers medicine.
3 : and i will check that people don't having illegal items/illegal activities if they have i will give them strikes/warn/blacklisted
4 : i will gave their bonuses as faster so they will be happy. And i will give them promotions and best employees award and i will make ems races so it will be fun..
5 : I will be not rude to our employees and i will be good to them and make happy
