2. Why do you want to be a leader of the Emergency Medical Service?
I would like to become leader of EMS as i have a lot of experience in EMS in grand rp. and i would like the challenge to be a leader and make EMS a strong service for the citizens. I would like to insure that everyone working as EMS is well trained and willing to help the citizens with there medical needs. From my experience in Ems from grand rp servers i have managed to gain good experience and the best way to deal with different situations. I deal that i have good communication skills good managment skills and i recon that i will be able to bring a lot of new and exciting stuff for ems.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- No Favouritism within the organization.
- Will make it a fun enjoyable environment for people to work.
- Will build strong relationships with all other organizations insuring that there staffs medical needs are met.
- will also insure that there is strong training programme in place that will guide all new workers on how to complete there job to a good standard on a day to day basis.
- I would also like to bring in a service for people that are under the age of 5 from age 3 upwards where they can join an partnership service to gain good training and skills for Ems and be trained well. so when they gain experience age 5+ they can move forward to being a doctor and helping people more with there medical needs.
- i will host weekly promotion ceremony for EMS staff and would be looking to do this to show respect and thanks to the people that would be hard working serving the city
- I would like to try improve the roleplay of the EMS service for example instead of going on calls and just giving medical attention i would like to make it more realistic by putting the patient into the ambulance and take them to the hospital and check there conditions and treat them at the hospital it would make EMS be more realistic.
