There were LEOs in Store Robbery, It wasn't finished yet and 42498 started finishing the LEOs, There was still a possibility of LEOs getting patched up by the other officers available in the store robbery.

Also the way he damaged me after my armor was at half health is kinda suspicious, please request POV, I wonder how he changed his revolver to shotgun in a split second and got back to shotgun and took unfair advantage and gave unrealistic damage which brought me to suspicion also shot a bullet while using his radio was also suspicious, there was no one else shooting me who could give me damage, I wasn't getting shot from anywhere else.
