I have applied for NG leadership for more then 5 times and have a 1.5 term experience in NG as well and haven't got even a single chance for interview

Rejected. You tried to ruin this organisation before and now you are applying for it I think quite fair of curators not giving you chance+ from people selected your application was not good enough
