1. Leader of.. National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
a) I belive that i can maintain a high quality RP if i get a chance to become the leader
b) I have been part of ng from my starting of the server the first state org joined by me was national guard upon my experince i belive that i can handle the organisation very calmly also i have many people whom i konw so active members wont be an issue for me. NG would always be ready for ammo runs and special operations.
c) I wanna be the leader cause i've spent almost an year in RP seen many phrases of ng even ups and even downs. I wont say that my rp is the best but it is good enough to become a leader.
d) I have good leading skills i have been hod alot of times which tought me alot and currently im assistant sheriff at SAHP
I would be having departments as follow :
i) U.S. Marines - They would be the combat responders to the Globals and robbries etc
ii) SASD - They are going to be special trained soldiers for any type of attack at base
iii) CRM - They would be the backbone of ng they will provide medical attention to all the soldiers
iv) Air Force - They would be providing air support to the base and will take the main responsibility to transport units to the events
v) Military Police - They will be checking on the internal members of the org making sure that the org follow the rules and would be handeling strike system
vi) Recruitment Retention - They will be handeling the recruitment of the ORG and also the trainings
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
a) I would holding a weekly promotion ceremony
b) I will make a new bonus system
c) I would be doing many internal activities for the soldier which will make their bound strong
