I would like to try leadership of Lifeinvader once because I want to experience it
I have assisted with the Department of Social Development with events in the past so LifeInvader could be a fitting role for me to lead in
I would like and try my very best to give everyone a great experience at LifeInvader new or old to the city and if they have any questions
I will try my best and be open for a conversation at anytime as long as I am available whenever there is something interesting to report or if there is any great ideas to what we at LifeInvader could do for you
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
By encouraging people to work on ads more frequently by offering bonuses to those who work really hard on ads (example the person who is in the first place gets for example a nice bonus)
By giving people the proper training they need and deserve before they work on LifeInvader such as ads, events ect,
I would try and do my best to take feedback from any former or current employee's at LifeInvader and take their advice but also give feedback to them and take advice as well
I would invite former leaders and deputies who were successful in the past to be part of the deputy rankings and help me out with anything they can
