Dear Mazhor,
I was banned about 5 months ago for insulting admin and because I was jailed for wrong white and then I was just a bit angry and insulted the admin so what I would understand if I were to get a ban because the rule is 5.3 insults to you Administration are forbidden. A complaint is the best way to seek justice. | Ban 7 days but immediately get a blacklist for no real reason I mean there are people who cheat in and destroy the whole server and only get 60 days and before that I only noticed 1 time negatively and I think I've served enough time now for admin insult i know it wasn't good and it won't happen again i swear.
Since then, I can only hope that my ban can be lifted as a gesture of goodwill, since I've been banned for I think 5 months.

I've tried twice now to get myself unbanned but it was rejected every time and so I'm turning to you now because I think it was just a wrong decision.
