Life Story: Chaz Gambino and his brothers grew up in a rougher part of Liberty City. Their father was the Chief of Police for one of the precincts in Liberty City. They watched their father fight the good fight for years, only to come home one day to their father having been murdered. He had come too close to making a hitman in the mafia. Chaz knew that the pursuit of justice was a dangerous path, and that his father's death was honorable, but he couldn't stop it from leaving a bitter taste in his mouth. As Chaz grew up, he vowed to become an outstanding police officer as his father was, and track down the men who murdered his father all those years ago. From a very early age Chaz's father began to put him in gun safety courses and shooting classes and teaching him about defending himself from those who may try and harm him,
Career Story: The cop that mentored Chaz had a different set of career goals, and without his father to guide him, Chaz was led down the path of corruption, starting with accepting a small bribe here and there, ultimately leading him straight into the hands of the mafia that killed his father. When his mentor was caught, however, instead of sending Chaz to prison with the rest of the officers involved and the mafia members that were made, internal affairs cut Chaz a deal. That deal was a transfer to LSPD, completely relocating to Los Santos, and Chaz telling internal affairs that he would change his ways, and fight the good fight his father stood so strongly for. That, however, was a lie. Chaz has learned through his years on the force that in order to get ACTUAL justice for anyone, sometimes the laws must be bent.
Outcomes:
1- Due to Chaz's opinion of being underpaid and his poor upbringing, and his need for security, Chaz can take bribes in the form of money (up to 100k) or illegal items as compensation (up to 100k)
2- Due to Chaz's skill in deceiving, and to prevent him from being identified, Chaz can destroy his own ID by using a /try command (max 2 per situation)
3- Due to Chaz's opinion of how the poor are often cornered into criminal activity, and the rich don't pay their fair share Chaz can lower, raise (up to 100k) and/or remove fines and prison time as he feels fit. (will use darknet if already processed)
