2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
First Reason: EMS has been there, when I am unconscious with no hope left, or I need medical service. Most importantly it gave me a job. When I first joined Grand RP I was lost. I was clueless. When I finally came of age I joined EMS and I made a set friends and connections that would last. I worked in EMS for a while climbing the ranks until I left to gain experience elsewhere, during this time I joined gangs, Leo’s, and government. I would work my way through the ranks in each one until getting a high command position in the government. EMS gave me the start, the push, and the experience. I have learned everything there is to know about EMS during my time there. I feel I have gained enough experience and I am ready to take on the next steps of my career as the EMS chief and further improve EMS for the better.
Second Reason: My outstanding dedication to what I do only help me be the beat I can. Ever since I join Grand RP I have wanted to claim the ranks. But this takes time and dedication, thays why instead of focusing on climbing and being fast I take it slow and focus what needs to be done and do ot right. "Slow and steady wins the race" in tuff situations I will be gast thinking, I am capable to do that. A good leader should exhibit these 5 skills: Motivation, Integrity, Team work/team building, fast and critical thinking and last but not least, Decisiveness. All of these skills that I possess, I will not lie I am human, I have flaws, we all have flaws. Although every day I work on making these flaws into something to further help me be the best leader I can be.
Reason Three: The main reason I want to be the leader of EMS is to help the staff. I want to create a new clean friendly environment for all EMS staff. I belive all staff should be able to talk to me about anything, i may be busy but that's apart of my duties. No staff should ever be afraid or scared to talk to me. I want to fix that, I want to make sure every single person on the Staff is greeted and welcomed by me. I also want to buckle down on the "Bad apples" of the staff. My vision is to have a nice clean EMS. I was operationas to improve while keeping staff happy. My motivation is the staff. Without staff ems would be nothing so I strongly believe every staff member should be treated equally and rewarded for good work but given warnings, criticism and even strikes for bad work.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I have many ideas on how I can improve the RolePlay level inside EMS, this includes having atleast one unit on patrol In Blain County covering the territory outside of the city. These units will be payed hefty bonuses for their work. I want to hire staff of ALL timezones, this way coverage of all times of day/night are coverd. I want to improve our RP when healing and selling items, for example incorporating /do and /try commands or better voice RP. I will have events that EMS host to better improve the relationship with the citizens. Same with the other organization. I do not plan to drastically change/add departments as most seem fit, although I will change training regulations, promotions, and bonuses. I want to create motivation for the staff so they can have fun while doing a good job working. My High command positions won't be given out. It will need to be earned. With me as the cheif the RP in Ems will only improve. Connecting with staff, citizens, and other organizations will only improve.
I strongly believe I will make an amazing chief that will not let EMS down.
