My Account was blocked for 2 days
Reason: bug abuse

Can I get information about what that mean? What I did wrong so I didn't do it in a future. Because I have no idea what was wrong. I do not use any additional soft or smth. Can I have any additional information?
And if it was by mistake - can I get unbanned?
