2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A) The beginning of playing on the Grand Role Play server was my great desire for state organizations, I was in all state organizations, but I liked NG (National Guard) the most because I like to help my colleagues
and that work in NG is well developed, the most important thing is to stand at the gates so that criminals do not steal ammunition because that is a great loss for NG, and delivering ammunition to colleagues from other state organizations, and I will try to deliver the ammunition in as many batches as possible and as quickly as possible.
B) I want to be the leader of the NG (National Guard) because I was in all state organizations and in them I was HIGH RANK or
HIGH COMMAND, and in them I gained a lot of experience, such as helping colleagues, arresting people, impounding vehicles, etc.
In all organizations, I observed how leaders lead those organizations and learned a lot from them, and that's why I consider myself a responsible person and a good and experienced leader, and that I can lead a large organization like NG, I think that NG is right organization for me and that I am ready to lead and solve problems in such a large organization as NG.
C) Due to my experience in leading large organizations, I will be able to reduce toxicity to a minimum and even without corrupt people in NG.

3) Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
a) As for entry into NG, he would introduce stricter measures for entry into the same. He would set his experienced people to send out new candidates, newer players would get a chance, but they would have to have a certain degree of knowledge of the rules and they would have to prove themselves.
b) It would not be military discipline, as some of them did and pretended to be someone and something. Everyone would receive equal treatment and respect.
c) Toxicity would be punished in the most rigorous way. Even if a person is known to me for mistakes, he would have to answer
d) The gates would always be filled to the maximum, I would see that even the larger ranks go to the gates as much as necessary. No exceptions.
e)Every good move of the soldier will be rewarded in the form of money and promotion to a higher rank.
f) Recruitment will be in the evening when everyone is active and more people have a chance to see the post.
