So during a gunfight, if you slow the video down you can see that it seems this guy has 0 cooldowns on bodyarmor or food, I shoot him once which breaks his first bodyarmor, and suddenly he has a full bodyarmor again, which instantly seems to have been shot off, then while taking damage he starts eating steak.
Seems to me he has a hack that allows him to have ZERO cooldowns.

I slowed down the video and did the math, I alone did 290 Damage to him, my family member hit him twice with a circumcised shotgun from point blank, which should mean there was another 100 dmg taken off of his health pool, adding up to 390 dmg before he actually died...

I want to link this other report as backup to my report showing that he already has had issues with providing bodycam and is likely hacking.
