Life Story:
Due to underlying health issues, David never knew who he mother was, and he father was never around much due to his illicit activities in his carrier
in East London within the Brindles family. Dylan had amassed a list of enemies who had bounties on he and his daughter during his time with the
Brindles. During he adolescence, he developed a niche method of gathering information and using it to gain an advantage over other families for he
father's benefit. he father was murdered shortly after he 17th birthday by a rival Irish family looking to make a name for themselves.
Career Story:
When he turned 18, he decided to join the Metropolitan Police to showcase he skillset gained while working with the Brindles. David rose through the
ranks over the course of several months, eventually reaching the Met Intelligence Unit. he excelled at gathering information in this unit. and
undercover work busting various criminal syndicates he was accepted into the through he hard work. The CTSFO Program he had made friends with
higher-ups and other members of the unit during he time in this unit. In this case, he and he friends had the means and skills to go after the
family who murdered he father. When the Metropolitan Police discovered he unethical methods, he was charged with conspiracy for muder and
racketeering, so he had to flee the UK and ended up in Los Santos, California, and where he was recriuted by SAHP.
Outcomes:
1 - David can lie about requesting an attorney, or deny one.
2 - David can loot/take weapons from gang members and other criminals to use them to his advantage even if they are illegal.
3 - David can buy/sell weapons on the black market.
4 - David can rob/kill criminals in the ghetto, or kidnap and rob them in a quiet place.
5 - David can abuse he status and power to help he family members escape the prison or remove them from the wanted list.
6 - David can accept bribes of up to $100,000 maximum or illegal items.
7 - David can leak classified information to friends, family or gangs for money.
8 - David can destroy people's bodycams with /try. (2x per situation)
