Berat's life began with tragedy, losing both his parents before he was even born. As a result, he grew up in an orphanage, never having the chance to know his parents or experience a family life. However, when he turned 19, Berat managed to secure a job at a pizza place, which provided him with a source of income. With his hard-earned money, he was eventually able to purchase a small apartment, giving him a place to call his own.
One day, on his way home from work, Berat became the victim of a robbery. Despite his ordeal, he managed to defeat the criminal and immediately called the police for help. Impressed by his quick thinking and courage, the officers recognized Berat' potential and offered him a job at the LSPD.
Motivated by their words, Berat dedicated himself to this new goal. He worked tirelessly, honing his skills and knowledge, and when he reached the age of 23, he joined LSPD. As a police officer, Berat successfully apprehended numerous criminals and made significant contributions to maintaining law and order in the city. His dedication and accomplishments earned him the admiration of the people he served, making him a local hero, but berat was feeling incomplete he wondered why the gangs didn't like leos. After what boris gangs told he started to hate leos but she couldn't quit her job but he wanted to help gangs so he became corrupt cop

2- Berat can remove body cameras from officers and civilians and take them apart. (/try)
3- Berat can take a bribe of up to 100k dollars to help his baron with money.
4- Berat can buy illegal weapons from operations, sell them on the black market, use them.
5- Berat can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still make transactions without calling a lawyer.
6- Berat can fight 1v2 due to LSPD training. (Shows fear when necessary).
7- Berat keeps a secret radio on him 24/7.
8- Berat can use a weapon without a serial number and leaves no trace.
9- Berat can kill people on/off duty if they do not comply with their demands.(Will not violate Gen Rule 6.15)
10-Berat can help prisoners to escape
11- Berat can go to the ghetto in his spare time and shoot/kill people for fun or to save his friends. (Only on Off-Duty)
12- Berat may engage in criminal activity together with his family. (Without being against Leos)
13- Berat knows how to write prison sentences or put a person on the wanted list, he can even let him go free if he wants (Only friends / family members or people he really loves).
