I want to be a leader of the Families gang because:

1. I believe that I can help the gang move away from crime and violence. I have a strong moral compass and I believe that everyone deserves a second chance. I would work to create opportunities for gang members to get an education, find jobs, and become productive members of society.
2. I believe that I can unite the gang and bring peace to the streets. The Families gang has been plagued by infighting and violence for too long. I would work to build trust and cooperation among gang members and I would work to resolve conflicts peacefully.
3. I believe that I can make a positive impact on the community. The Families gang has a long history of community service. I would continue this tradition and I would work to find new ways to help the community.

I believe that I have the skills and experience necessary to be a successful leader of the Families gang. I am a strong communicator and I am able to build relationships with people from all walks of life. I am also a good decision-maker and I am able to make tough decisions under pressure.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

• More IC player-created events with other gangs, civilians, or legal factions. This will help to create a more immersive and interactive roleplay experience for everyone involved. Events can be anything from simple meet-ups to more elaborate missions.
• A forum harmony. This means creating a positive and welcoming environment on the forum for all members of the gang, regardless of their rank or position. This can be done by encouraging discussion and debate, and by avoiding toxicity and hostility.
• A sense of good standing with every other group in the city on the OOC level. This means having positive relationships with other gangs and factions, both in-game and out-of-game. This can be done by being respectful and cooperative, and by avoiding conflict whenever possible.
• A sense of community. This means creating a sense of belonging and camaraderie among all members of the gang. This can be done by organizing events, providing support, and simply being there for each other.
