Life Story:
Marcus Valentino was born in Budapest, Hungary. He grew up in the 8th district in a poor family, so he had to get money to provide for his family, since his father was a drug addict and was not there for his family. Marcus firstly started with breaking into trunks in the nearby areas but he didn't have much luck, he only found couple of electronic components, small speakers, tubes and copper wires. He noticed that he can use these items to make radios to communicate with nearby friends, with the use of these radios he found another method to gain money. He made fake IDs and gathered a couple of friends, they started robbing at night in different areas with the use of his dad’s guns. With this method he was able to rack his money up to 100.000$. But things took a turn for the worst when he was caught by the police and went to jail. Luckily he gave his money to his mom before being arrested, so she was able to bail Marcus out of jail. He decided to move to Los Santos afterwards to start a new life. After arriving in Los Santos Marcus decided to join the army.
Career Story:
After joining the National Guard Marcus realised that the paychecks were higher than before and more than he has ever made. Since he was really greedy for money he was not satisfied yet with the amounts he was earning, thanks to his outstanding skills he was able to climb the ranks of National Guard very fast, he used his power to start out with taking money for services such as letting the detainee go. Marcus still had connection with friends back in Hungary, so he gave them intel for some money, he even let them bring contraband through the airport checkpoints, since his friends came to Los Santos. With these favors he gained access to his friends gang. Since he had friends in the gangs he was comfortable to go to the ghetto and use the black market to gain some extra cash.
Outcomes:
1. Marcus can take bribes up to 100K.
2. Marcus can loot/take weapons from gang members and other criminals to use them for personal use even if they are illegal.
3. Marcus can go with the criminals in the ghetto and be part of any criminal activity.
4. Marcus can take an org radio with him while off duty.
5. Marcus can destroy anyone’s bodycam/radio. ( try finds the bodycam/radio of the person(2x per situation) and /me breaks the bodycam/radio )
6. Marcus can buy/sell weapons on the black market (NO ORG ITEMS)
7. Marcus can leak secret Intel to gangs/family.
8. Marcus can threaten people/lawyers to flee the situation.
9. Marcus can deny to show his ID if he is asked for it while on duty doing corrupt activities, he can threaten the person aswell, since outcome 8.
