Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 36834, ID 63 and ID 612 will receive a punishment for Ghetto Rule 1.3.
However, ID 63 will receive a punishment for Provoking as well
And ID 161 will receive a punishment for Ghetto Rule 1.12.

And talking about NLR, the video ended when they were unconscious and not fully killed, so no punishment will be given for that. ​
