I had been appointed as High Command in LSPD . -->i will give my experience to the gang and I will make sure Ballas finishes there term --> To make sure that the gang functions properly and there are no rule breaks, I will personally ensure that everyone who wishes to be recruited to the gang will be interviewed properly. --> In my opinion, the Ballas HQ is deep-seated in the heart of the ghetto, due to which it is the most active area in the ghetto.
