Life story:
Leo was born in Vinewood Hills and was from a background of rich family. His father was the leader of gang(families), whose name was Robin Pluxary. Leo did not wanted to become a gang member like his father. He always wanted to help the citizens and keep them safe from gang activities. One day his dad forced him to join the gang, so he left his home and started living with his friend, Ahmed Ilya. His friend was truely dedicated towards LSPD and this inspired Leo to join LSPD.
When Leo became 19, after his studies, he without wasting any time, applied for LSPD. During his interview time the interviewer got too much happy after listenting to his answers. Probably he was given the rank according to his capabilities. He was too excited and all that he did was liked by everyone. He worked hard and got up to the position of Deputy Head of Department of HR. He liked training people and teach them about the rules and regulations of LSPD. He is still known for his skills of training and making them perferfect in their work.
OUTCOME:
1) Leo Has Secret Bodycam Which Records 24/7 even while off duty
2) Leo keeps his org radio with him while off duty so he can respond during emergency situations/ Global if needed.
3) Leo brings his ID everywhere to help him in situations.
4) Leo can take bribes up to 100k only from the prisoners to leave them out of DOC.
5) Leo can sell personal weapons at the black market or to people. (Not org weapons and ammunation)
6) Leo can pick up illegal guns from operations and sell them in Black Market.
