2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. I have been in this city for a long time and most of that time I have spent in gangs which is why i would now like to lead a gang.
2. I have been in almost every gang in the city and i have started as rank 1 and worked my way up to HC in everyone of them .
3. I believe that i can successfully lead Families to be the best gang in the city because of my strong leadership skills and experience in the gangs.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will improve roleplay by making sure that me and all my HC team only recruits people who know general rules and the ghetto rules so that there are no rulebreaks and everyone has fun.
2. I will improve roleplay in the organization by making sure that there are no rule breaks such as metagaming done in my gang which take the fun out of roleplay.
3. I will increase roleplay with legal orgs by doing Store/gun store robberies everyday and by doing unscripted hostage situations with them so both sides have fun
