Joker was born in the dangerous areas of Grove Streets in Los Santos. Joker has been in criminal activities since he grew up. He had a wife named Naumann North and two children Kai and Raghav. Joker joined EMS to fulfill the needs of his children Due to various differences, both Naumann and Joker had to part ways. . But due to financial issues, he is unable to look after the needs of his children.
So Joker decided to take a very risky step in his life to be a two-faced man where in one way during the daytime he hunts the civilians in the ghetto and robs/kill/hostage with them and after that, in the night he works as an EMS employee to make it up to his KARMA. Being born In Grove Street, Joker was used of criminal activities. He started burglary and car thefts in his teens. Till the time he became a man, he became one of the most notorious criminals in Los Santos. Joker led many gangs as Under Deputy in various criminal activities, such as store robberies and taking hostages. But since he got married to Naumann he left his criminal background to settle down a life as a doctor. Joker worked hard in EMS to give a good life to his family.
