2. Why do you want to be Leader of this specific Organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
• Since the Start of my time in EN3 and EN2 I have always been in gangs. I have been HC and Deputy in almost every gang. I have always wanted to create my own gang and create a unique experience. I have always wanted to make sure that Gangs will always win and dominate San Andrea’s and I think i have the experience to do that
I want to create better RP for gangs and for LEOs so that rule breaks. I want to see that all gangs are able to work together to take down LEOs. It is no secret that LEOs have had the numbers but I want to bring those back to ballas and create such a force that it makes all cops worried about what ballas are going to do next.
I have always wanted to teach newer players. I want to create a more accessible gang for all newer players as well. It is hard for people to join gangs as a new player, I want to help these newer players start their gang life. I want to see myself create the next leader of the ballas. I know with my knowledge I can create not only a new leader. But the most dominate gang this city has ever seen.
Getting a different Identity is something that no gang has done before. All gangs always do the same store robbery or the same hostage situation. I want to create new ones. I want to rob stores that never get robbed. Or do Insane hostage situations. That will make it more fun for all involved. Crazier the better in the end.
3. Your Advice for improving Roleplay Level in the organization
• I will have a face-to-face meeting with all the gangs. I want to plan a capital attack or a large event that shows the world that gangs are back and they are to be feared. Doing this event will also help so that Gangs are ready to RP and show the world we are ready to rumble.
Training is a huge issue in almost every gang. We need to limit rule break so we can keep the gang going at all costs. Everyone will be put in rule break situations during this each week so that we can see what they know and don’t know. By doing this It will limit the rule breaks that will happen. Everyone in the org will get this test including deputy leader.
there is so much that you can do with Ballas but they have always been undervalued. The way that I would run Ballas is to make it a Gang that Has people but also knowing how to make sure that we are always in the rules. We need to know the rules because if we don’t, we will keep getting in trouble. I don’t want to see a forum war between orgs. I want to see us handling it ICly and taking the correct action. No one benefits from orgs getting disbanded. I want to create a new way of dealing with situations.
