LSPD | Situation Critical

The Organization that is conducting the event:
Los Santos Police Department
The Event Scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Previously on Los Santos Police Department Global News:
1) Scientist crash landed in Los Santos while carrying a classified formula. Gangs wanted to get their hands on the formula and fought to take the scientists but failed, Luckily Leos got the scientist to safety. (Unknown to all when he got taken back to LSPD the formula he had was damaged and infected an LSPD officer)
2) Gangs raided MRPD and found an officer in the cells below Headquarters. They decided to take the officer hostage. Leos tried to fight back but failed and the gangs managed to escape with the hostage. (Little did they know this was the infected officer)
3) Gangs managed to defeat the leo’s and take the formula and cure for themselves.
Today's event:
Gangs have successfully managed to recreate the formula and have banded together to take over the city. In the last ditch hope to escape Los Santos Legal organizations went to the port to try and escape the outbreak, they have loaded up numerous boats near the submarine area. The boats are loaded with valuable items that the gangs want…. Before the leos could escape
The infection got the better of them and they turned into zombies. The Port area is now infested with zombies which gangs must defeat to get to the cargo boats.
Why this event:
Increases roleplay with an ongoing storyline throughout globals. Increases inner org relations and encourages some fun.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
Crime Role: Defeat ALL zombies and get to the boats (don't need to drive. Just reach boats)
Leo Role: Zombies must defeat ALL gang members.
Vehicles/Weapons Needed:
X4 boats
Revolvers for all
Body armor for all
Admin Requirements:
Spawn Gangmembers at spawn location
Give Gangmembers revolvers and armor
Spawn LEOs at spawn location
Give LEOs revolvers and armor
Turn LEOs into Zombies
Add x4 boats
Spawn Leader and another assistant for bodycam
Spawn in rocketflyingthings (cannot remember name sorry) for them to record.
Rules of the event:
- No server rule breaks (exception : Mercy Killing)
- No bug abuse
- No friendly Fire
How is the event Won:
Gangs: Gangs must defeat ALL the zombies and secure the boats (do not need to drive them, just get on them once zombies defeated)
Leos: Must defeat ALL gang members
Prize money:
1 million split amongst survivors of the winning side.
