River was born deep in the root of Birmingham on 20/08/1992, His father and mother were are very happy couple or so it seemed until it all came crashing down one day, arguments happening on the regular until one day it snapped and they divorced. River mother won custody over him later that day his father grab him and ran he ran away to America and lived off the main frame away from technology and out of touch, this is where he learned all of his wilderness skills which helped him excellent in camouflage, Different terrains and his incredible strength and endurance. After 7 years living off the grid at the age of 15 River decided to run and live by him self that was where he hitch hiked into Los Santos and lived in a small apartment but he was missing something, The thrill and the adventure of constant fighting and hiding so at the age of 16 River made his way to his local enlistment centre to join the National Guard Outcomes:

- Career Story: 100+ Words As he joined the National Guard he worked ever so hard putting in 12+ Hour day and due to his lifetime with his dad he had advanced skills which helped him fast track the ranking system with the new general being put into power Abdul Abadhaba he felt touched by River story and dedication so decided to appoint him as his only LT General with this River was very happy more determined than ever he worked and worked until he was burnt out of hurting a fighting people so resigned and joined the EMS From here on his first day on the job he felt something he had never felt before, Comfort and Relief. During his second ever shift he met someone by the name of Manc Matty who guided and helped Alfie overcome his PTS from NG and guided him to become the best doctor, Matty took River under his wing and invited him to join his ARO team due to his combat flying and ability to fly to a high standard, After working in EMS for 1 month he had made a good impression EMS. Marty became the leader of EMS and appointed River as his deputy after working River had met 3 of his best friends here - Manc Matty, Odai Steel and Valerie Lemon - However River decided to resign and take a long and deserved vacation to treat him self, After almost 2 month on vacation it took a lot of Will power to come back to los santos but it was his home. River moved back and joined Government under Rodrigo Verlice and become the USSS Director after developing his skills and a new governor he became the DOC warden, River always has the dream of being justice to the city and found a good way to that was through rehabilitation in forms of DOC and he gained a lawyers license which he now uses to help people and prevent the thing that happened in His life to happening to someone else. He hopes to grow within government and one day become the Minister of HomeLand Security.
