Hi, I got banned for gen 1.7 but I received 4.3 millions only not over 5 millions can you please tell me why I got banned

i dont agree because i received only 4.3 million my limit is 5 million and i was so carefully about the rules i have read the rules before i receive the money please check my records and history i receive only 4.3 million thank you
