Punishment will be removed from the state orgs as they went outside the zone in ghetto and shot the gangs so no break for Event Rule 1.11 and in ghetto there is no RDM.​

Punishment will be given to SAHP, FIB and Shikaari family (For many members breaking multiple rules).​
