Life Story:
Marcus Valentino was born in Budapest, Hungary. He grew up in the 8th district in a poor family, so he had to get money to provide for his family, since his father was a drug addict and was not there for his family. Marcus firstly started with breaking into trunks in the nearby areas but he didn't have much luck, he only found couple of electronic components, small speakers, tubes and copper wires. He noticed he can use these wires to make radios to communicate with nearby people, with the use of these radios he found an other method to gain money. He made fake IDs and gathered a couple of friends and they started robbing at night in different areas with the use of his dads guns. With this method he was able to rack his money up to 100.000$. But things took a turn for the worst when he was caught by the police and went to jail. Luckily he gave his money to his mom before being arrested, so she was able to bail Marcus out of jail. He decided to move to Los Santos afterwards. After arriving in Los Santos Marcus decided to join the SAHP.
Career Story:
After joining the SAHP Marcus noticed that the paychecks were higher than before and more than he has ever made. Since he was really greedy for money he was not satisfied yet with the amounts he was earning, so he started out with taking money for services such as letting the detainee go, writing smaller tickets and not revoking licenses. He was out on a patrol when he arrested someone, the detainee asked for a lawyer but Marcus played it off with his good communication skills and made the detainee believe that a lawyer was requested but in reality there was no lawyer requested. Couple of days later he pulled someone over but it was his friend who was also wanted by the police, since Marcus is very greedy for money he let his friend go in exchange for some money he also removed him from the wanted list for an extra charge. Marcus still had connection with friends back in Hungary so he gave them intel for some money he even let them bring contraband through the airport checkpoints since his friends came to Los Santos. With these favors he gained access to his friends gang. Since he had friends in the gangs he was comfortable to go to the ghetto and use the black market to gain some extra cash.
Outcomes:

2 - Marcus can loot/take weapons from gang members and other criminals to use them for personal use even if they are illegal.
