Life Story:
Zae was born in a little village near Sandy Shores. Father,Jack Carter was a farmer, neck drowned in debt and often unable to make ends meet. His mother was a well known whore. She left Jack for another man right after Zae's birth. Jack worked hard day-night for his son to fulfill all his needs and never let him felt the absence of his mother untill that day he died in a fire accident at the farm. 5 year old Zae lost the only person whom he could call his own. "World is a cruel place", Zae learned it the hard way and started pickpocketing, stealing cars and robbing houses and atms for daily living. Later on he joined a small local gang and mastered shooting and driving skills and gained a good reputaion among the bandits of Sandy Shores . Soon, he realized his true potential but to substantiate his dreams, he had to have Wisdom and Money. So he spent his next 2 years learning Socio-Economy,Polity,Law and Foreign languages. Finally he was ready to make his way to the State of Los Santos.
Career Story:
Zae came to Los Santos at the age of 8 and formed contacts within top gangs in no time. Thanks to his contacts, he started working as a sideman for Pedro, biggest drug and gun supplier in the city. Zae also closely examined the loopholes within the society and law, with his great knowledge and help of Pedro he begun to exploit them by doing Money laundering and Tax evasion. At this point he had gained the trust of Pedro and two of them became partners. Soon after Zae killed Pedro and took over his massive business and started operating it anonymously by the nickname of WhiteSnake. Everything was going well but one day one of his henchmen betrayed him, leaked the information of his next drug deal to LSPD. They set trap to catch WhiteSnake but he was able to escape. Then he changed his whole identity, also had a plastic surgery and joined FIB by the help of his trusted friend Maxx Mandem . FIB is a masquerade for him to stay anonymous and operate his empire from right under the nose of LEOs and access the whole FIB Database for information which will help him to take over the whole Los Santos. He has developed quite a friendly attitude among the FIB employees and everybody including FIB Director likes him a lot for his work and discipline. But the FIB balaclava is unable to cover the darkness inside of the heart of Zae Mon.
Outcomes:
1- Zae has the ability to receive bribes of up to $100,000 or illegal items and weapons as a bribe to let someone go, but he will not accept payment to become a hostage.
2- Zae can take bodycams off of his victims and break it. (/try to find the bodycam (Twice per situation) and /do to destroy it)
3- Zae can use illegal firearms both on and off duty, whether acquired through personal purchase or looting/robbing from his victims.
4- Zae might want to keep his privacy when doing corrupt activitites so he might decline to show id when asked for it.
5- Zae can go in the ghetto and be a part of any criminal activity (only off duty).
6- Zae can help people escape jail through darknet or by directly taking bribes from them.(max 100k)
7- Zae can buy/sell his illegal guns on Black Market. (no ORG guns)
8- Zae can abuse his status and power to help his family members escape the prison or remove them from the wanted list.
