You can clearly see on the video that:
1) They are asking for 125k$ for a civilian (breaking Event rule 1.16. In vid min 5:32).
2) At the moment we come over to continue negotiations, and declare we can not give them more than 100k for the hostage, they open fire without warning (in vid min 11:20).
3) Foreign language, one example of it is when he relays an order down in Arabic through the radio before the shootout starts (in vid min 11:28).
