That is not sufficient proof to tell I was inside of the gang HQ. Especially since I could be anywhere within the highlighted area, and most of the area is not even gang HQ.

Here is video evidence of what I was doing during this time to in case for whatever reason you as the reviewing admin need to know. Kill logs will also show the timing in which there were several deaths in the ghetto at this time

Based on the evidence provided does not prove that ID 3177 was in the gang HQ, only shows that he was in the area of the HQ.
Therefore, Ghetto Rule 1.6 does not apply.​
