i was punished for ER1.11 . not complaining because of the punishment but this is confusing. as you can see from the link i have provided from an old post not long ago below, a person reported pretty much same incident but rejected. he also killed a gang member out of the circle event, however he didnt get punished for ER1.11. why SAHP and most of officers involved in Blackmarket get punished for ER1.11? we opened fire from outside the circle and it was ghetto . kindly explain what went wrong so we wont repeat same mistake again .

also if you watch the POV from the forum, he was armed, and we even gave him demands to put away the guns. Why the person who reported the forum was never punished for FearRP?
