He had 3 Vehicles surrounded by him with total of 5 people asking him for a pullover ( 2 in Sheriff Ranger + 2 in Thrax + 1 in Imorgon ) Still the person refuses to pull over or stop the vehicle when demanded and surrounded ( FailRP )

He also keeps driving into us again and again ( Provoking )

I thought it was IC issue and for this, they gave me 45000$ fine and 5 Stars, I surrender for that and took my punishment.
