As i know and i saw that if leader do rule break the org gets a warning and if deputy leader do rule break the org gets a a verbal. As in my pov ID 42396 is the leader of FIB and he did mixing which was a rule break but fib got a verbal for this not a warn. I hope sir that you will make the right decision.
