Metagaming as he clearly called his friend to come and kill him... Its not a coincidence that he pulls up with his car as soon as we get start moving and shoots the guy... Besides if you review Pending review - Hacking, Meta Gaming | 147422 we can see that they approx 10 min before was in a call with his friends...
