Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 101131 will receive the punishment for Metagaming.
(At 0:29 ID 101131 Called ID 67761 by his Name without any IC info).
ID 40516 will receive the punishment for Mixing.
(At 1:22 ID 40516 said "Fail RP" which is an OOC term).
ID 101131 will receive the punishment for Non-RP Driving.
(At 8:11 ID 101131 drove the car off-road to enter the DOC faster).
