Upon reviewing your POV, I guess you cant hear my voice, I cant help that, Our distance was enough to be heard

Let me just inform you man that I am not using anytype of reshade it's my normal graphics settings. I know the server rules and everything. I think it's a game bug because I have been in Lspd but that time everyone's vest were visible. I don't use any type of external things. Drug effects and everything is normal to me. Not hearing the voice is like not your fault also the vest are not visible it's not my fault. Everytime you speak to 10-15 you should cough drop don't you know that?

As seen in the pov you were driving in the wrong lane and out of nowhere you came infront my car and my car got crashed . The time I hit you is not purposely the game was lagging because my car got crashed and it was a mistake and you are blaming me as I was doing CR. As soon I was leaving a blue car came and hit me very hard that i flew away that's not my fault . I was driving in speed limit and in proper lane . As soon as you put the message I complied with you you can clearly see in the pov , I have no motive to run away . You came out of the car and tease me two times. Now you are blaming me that you are using shaders but i am literally playing in inbuilt graphics.

How do I know if I have to cough drop, and when I pull you over, dont you you to raise your hand and walk forward away from car. Not hearing voice is not my fault as well.
About Illegal reshade. Its not game bug, clearly armour and balaclava are invisible. You think its normal? And you will end up saying removing drug effects in also normal.

Overspeeding in City and cant control yourself. You hit another guy for the second time. And you still claim to be innocent. Inspite of that you combat logged. And got punished. Why would you leave if you are innocent?

1.Why should I come out from my car if the officer is not saying something. It can also be that you have edited the pov and added the voice.
2.It happens many time that we are having mask on but the front guy is unable to watch it and we are in front but the guy can't see us. There are a ton of examples. I am currently is ems it happens many times that people say me that remove your desert scarf and wear the ems mask but in real i am wearing it and it also happens with the vests too. And you are blaming about the drug effects it always works for me . Everytime I do drugs or beer my screen goes in a different dimension. So this clearly means you are blaming me . Here's an example that happened with me today. If i was using cheats I would have got banned many times ago. If you are telling that you haven't seen this type of bugs then sorry I don't think you can understand the situation. Now I am gonna put this situation to the hand of the higher authorities and I am not gonna reply you because I think it's a waste of time. I belive in the higher authorities tehy are gonna take care of it.

It seems like unlucky moment and misunderstanding between both of u, The officer needed to reset the micrphone and maybe increase range as he clearly provided POV of him RPing and demanding u overall povs provided are pretty much IC issue there is no violation to punish any of u, just a small request to the officer please reset your mic most of the times and increase your range ( F12 ) to avoid such issues.
