I am writing to express my confusion regarding my account. Four months ago, I received a ban for breaking a game rule, which I acknowledged and understood. However, upon attempting to log back into my account recently, I discovered that the ban was still in effect. Additionally, I was accused of assisting a cheater, which is an unfounded allegation. I want to emphasize that I would never knowingly engage in such behavior, especially after already facing a ban. It is illogical for me to commit a violation after receiving a punishment. Throughout my time as a user, I have always been responsible, respectful towards other players and administrators. I kindly request that you reconsider my case and examine the evidence to recognize that I have been wrongly accused. I appreciate your attention to this matter and eagerly await your prompt response.
