Additional information
1. Grand RP was the first and only RP servers that I played on and I instantly felt at home here I built up a good connection with the players in and around the city I have accomplished alot of stuff in this city and on EN1 and been a deputy of almost every State Org on EN3 and deputy of most of the Criminal Orgs on EN1. I have experienced alot of RolePlay scenes/scenarios, I would love to improve the level of RolePlay provided within the city and make sure all the players enjoy their time here as much as possible. I have had my own share of ups and downs within the city but im ready to step up improve and make a change to not only the city but myself too. EN3 has an amazing team of Admins and I would love to be apart of this amazing team.
2. I am a good listener and will try very hard to find a solution to a problem, I'm a fast learner and I'm always open to new ideas, I am very dedicated to anything I set my eyes on, I am not biased and would never try to show favoritism towards anyone or any family/ organization. I am More than happy to take criticism and know the difference between criticism and admin disrespect/ server disrespect.
3. I have a reputation for being hot headed THIS WILL CHANGE, I understand Admins have to show a good level of professionalism and respect to EVERYONE I will always make sure to be calm and see things from both people perspective before making any decision/conclusion and always remain calm no matter what is said to me or about a decision or any criticism.
4. Yes, having the opportunity to be part of the admin team is something i have been thinking about for a while and I am ready to leave RP now to make a good difference to the city.

6. I care for my grandmother and auntie as they are both very ill but i am always close to the computer to help out in city aswell, I love to help everyone.
