2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have been in the server for more than a year now, spending most of the time in state organizations. I have been a High Command in different Legal Organizations which include being Lt. Colonel in NG and the Sheriff of SAHP. I have good experience in state orgs not only as a High Command but also as a leader having proper knowledge about the functioning of the organization and the necessary skills in order to run and manage the organization. I have been a leader of a LEO Org twice, once in EN1 and once EN3.
I was SAHP Leader recently and completed a perfect term getting a total of 0 org verbal and warns, I would like to do the same in NG. I have a strong and confident plan which will help me run this wonderful org for a whole term. These plans include new training structures, bonus systems, strict rules to ensure professionalism in the org and as well as placing right people in the right position to run the org effectively and smoothly without any kind of issues.
In the prior term, NG had good numbers, I would like to continue the same as well. I will focus on quality rather than quantity similar to what I did during my SAHP Leadership. During my SAHP Leadership, I had good numbers and the org activity was good overall. I will ensure the activity of the National Guard inside the base and in events like Aircraft Carrier, Bank Protection, Subs and in any other event which would require assistance from the National Guard.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Inter Org Relation:
National Guard will assist other legal orgs with their requirements of Ammunition. In return, I will build a better relationship with them and improve the RP elements with them.
Ranks and Promotions:
I will revise the ranks within the department to be more realistic. Individual promotions will not be allowed and we will give promotions in ceremonies only.
Communication:
Active use of radio while on duty will not only help enhance the coordination among the employees of the organization but also benefit the org in different situations.
Knowledge about rules and laws:
Making sure that each and every employee of the organization has a proper knowledge regarding OOC Rules and IC Laws which will help in enhance the roleplay level in the organization avoiding rule breaks.
Use of RP commands:
I would like to increase the amount of /me, do and try commands that are used while on duty.
