ID 92819 hit you with car but it was not VDM , it does not look like it was done on purpose
So they wont be punished for vdm and the other ids you mentioned they did not hit you with car

However ID 78756 will Receive punishment for General Rule 3.3
as he was talking in foreign language during an RP situation ​
