yes lets ignore the fact that the music covering all the game audio, you tried to run over the people in the clip for no reason and you had a gun in your hand when you dismounted the vehicle. (which was clearly used in the intent to shoot them) But this doesn't matter anyway cause the form you filled out is wrong, this is because the time of violation in the form is different to what time you was so called "RDM" in game.
