pause at 20 seconds. you have to pause video because it shows ID for a moment and than stops showing the ID. i can screenshot my screen to show it.

From the evidence provided, there is insufficient evidence to justify that ID 46145 tried to RDM. As seen in your POV, the car swerve past you and hit the gas station. I do not think it was intentional.​
