This friend, who seems to lack attention from their family, keeps killing me for no reason whenever we encounter each other and even provokes me to insult them. Despite checking their past record of punishments, they don't seem to learn from it. I request appropriate action to be taken to ensure that they do not spoil the gaming experience for me and other players
