I wanted to reach out regarding the ban that was placed on my account for using a gym bot" in the game im a new player and honestly had no idea about the rules or what a "gym bot" even is just to clarify I dont have any thirdparty software installed on my system I genuinely enjoy playing and I am committed to upholding the fair play principles and adhering to the rules I kindly request that you reconsider the ban on my account as I believe it was based on a misunderstanding.
