Since they ran into me, I had a right to use lethal force immediately under Rule of State 2.1. I did not and instead gave them plenty of Warnings to leave the area.
The second incident happened shortly afterwards when a Suspect failed to comply with an order to leave the area and was being Detained. The same people returned and immediately started shooting.
I repeatedly reported directly to an Admin because I also knew exactly what they were going to do. At the end of the video you can see them entering the DOC to also shoot the Officers who were Processing their friend. If action had been taken the first or second time, that situation might not have happened.
Note: Since the LEOs were killed no one could Process the 10-15 who immediately Combat Logged when a DOC Officer wanted to Search and Identify them. None of their illegal items were confiscated (DOC Officers cannot do that) and no fines will happen as a result. Report regarding 10-15 inside DOC
