hello
first of all , this all happened happened ooc , he didnot get bl in game , he didnot come to hq requested someone to inv him and we rejected , he got bl role in discord which is still ooc so nothing was moved to ic . so i dont really know why did syndra decide to issue a warn for that reason

and he was even blacklisted cuz he was corrupted and trying to arrest classified agent

If someone move IC to OOC it is ban, you got just warning, I think fair punishment​
