first thing ask for extended POV as it is not 1 minute long and I can also give the reason why he did not provide the full POV because he used abusive language and also I want one good reason about how in the world in this situation linked with Metagaming

His statement he said “this man” as he is trying to show that i do not know but he was with me in my previous family and i have spent a long time with and just talked to him 2 days so I could easily recognise him by his voice and hair and I had a fight with him that day because of that he is trying to get me fired from EMS.
PLEASE it should be rejected for “insufficient evidence “ and how I recognised him is also clear
