I hope this appeal finds you in good health. I am writing to formally appeal the ban that was imposed upon my account for a duration of 30 days. The ban was issued by Fstoq. I understand that my ban was a result of breaking Rule 6.17, specifically regarding the usage of OBS or similar software for recordings on the server. First and foremost, I want to express my deep remorse for the previous infraction I committed on the GrandRP server, specifically for not maintaining a proper Point of View (POV) during gameplay. I received a 30-day ban as a consequence and was informed that it was my final chance to adhere to the server rules. I sincerely apologize for my past actions and want to emphasize that I have learned from that experience. Regarding the recent ban under Rule 6.17, I must admit that I failed to record all overlays during my gameplay sessions. However, I want to provide an explanation for my oversight. Due to previous issues with my microphone, which caused disruptive and distracting noises during recordings, I made the decision not to include the affected overlay to maintain the overall quality of the footage. While this decision was made with the intention of improving the viewing experience, I now understand that it violated the server rules. I deeply regret my actions and the inconvenience caused to the administration and the GrandRP community. I want to assure you that I have taken proactive measures to address the microphone issues, and I am fully committed to complying with all server rules moving forward. I understand the importance of maintaining a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all players, and I sincerely apologize for any disruption caused by my past infractions. In light of my previous ban and the opportunity granted to me to rectify my behavior, I humbly request the administration to reconsider my current ban.
